Welcome to 2jbt (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://2jbt.cam. 2jbt is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides informational, educational and editorial content relating to online sports betting, live casino gaming, responsible gambling practices and related topics.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and 2jbt governing your use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing or using the 2jbt Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform, where applicable.

• "Operator" means a third-party licensed gambling service provider whose products or services may be referenced, described or linked to via the Platform. 2jbt is not an Operator.
• "Bonus" means any promotional incentive described on the Platform, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonus descriptions are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed as live by the relevant Operator.
• "PKR" / "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, used as the illustrative currency denomination throughout Platform content.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, ordinances and legal requirements applicable to the User in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures required by Operators before processing withdrawals or confirming accounts.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities, as described on the Platform and made available by Operators.

2jbt is strictly an informational and editorial platform. The Platform does not hold a gambling licence, does not accept deposits or wagers from users, does not process financial transactions on behalf of users and does not operate any form of gambling or betting service directly.

All content published on 2jbt — including articles, guides, reviews, odds comparisons, bonus descriptions and game information — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment guidance or a recommendation to gamble.

Where the Platform references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — such references are made purely for informational context. None of these providers are affiliated with 2jbt, and none endorse gambling activities or this Platform unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Access to and use of the 2jbt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Where 2jbt offers registered account functionality, the following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 2jbt immediately via the contact details provided in Clause 15.
• Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Account registration does not confer any right to access gambling services. 2jbt account registration is solely for Platform access purposes.

You agree to use the 2jbt Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Accessing or using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers or other non-human means to access the Platform without prior written consent from 2jbt.
• Reproducing, distributing, copying or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without express written permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems.
• Posting, uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

2jbt reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

2jbt publishes descriptions of bonuses, promotions and loyalty programmes associated with third-party Operators. The following terms govern all such content:

2jbt does not process, hold or facilitate any financial transactions. The Platform does not accept deposits, process withdrawals or handle funds of any kind. All deposit and withdrawal activities take place directly between the User and the relevant third-party Operator, subject to the Operator's own terms and applicable payment provider conditions.

References to payment methods on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — are included for informational context relevant to Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that any named payment provider supports, endorses, facilitates or processes gambling transactions, or that they are affiliated with 2jbt in any capacity.

All financial activity on third-party gambling platforms is subject to that Operator's KYC/AML procedures. Users must comply with verification requirements, including submission of valid identification documents, before withdrawals will be processed by any Operator.

All content on the 2jbt Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, layout, design, logos, graphics, images, structured data and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jbt or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

• You may access and read Platform Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, mirror, sell or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from 2jbt.
• You may not modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

Limited quotation of Platform Content for journalistic, educational or review purposes is permitted provided appropriate attribution to 2jbt is included and no commercial benefit is derived from such use.

2jbt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all Platform content. The Platform actively encourages users to gamble within their means, to use available Responsible Gambling Tools and to seek help if gambling becomes a problem.

Key responsible gambling principles promoted by 2jbt include:

• Gambling is entertainment — not a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.
• Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose.
• Set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through your Operator account before commencing play.
• Use the self-exclusion facility available through regulated Operators if gambling is negatively affecting your life.
• Recognise the warning signs of problem gambling: chasing losses, gambling with essential funds, secrecy about gambling activity, neglecting personal or professional responsibilities.

All gambling activity described on 2jbt is for adults only — users must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator/license jurisdiction. The Platform does not present 18+ age alone as confirmation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan; local laws may impose additional restrictions.

2jbt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, abuse of Platform features or any other unlawful activity.
• Conduct that 2jbt reasonably considers harmful to other users, to the Platform or to third parties.
• Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by ceasing to access it and, where applicable, by submitting an account closure request via the contact details in Clause 15. Termination of your account does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, 13 and any accrued obligations — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbt is registered and operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial regulations that may apply in your city — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar. 2jbt does not claim that online gambling is legal, licensed or approved by any Pakistani governmental authority.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2jbt reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Material changes to these Terms will, where practicable, be communicated to registered users via a notice on the Platform or through registered contact details. However, 2jbt is not obligated to provide advance notice for all amendments.
